What is the warranty period on Harvest Right machines?
Every new home freeze dryer comes with a limited 3-year warranty covering the sealed refrigeration system and a 1-year warranty on other components.
Can I return my unit if it has been used?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. However, units that have been used may be subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in original packaging.
What maintenance is required for the vacuum pump?
Standard oil pumps require an oil change after every 5 to 10 batches to ensure peak performance, while our oil-free pumps require minimal annual maintenance.
