At Harvest Right, we stand behind the quality of our home freeze dryers and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our standard restocking fees.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Prepare the Unit

  Ensure the freeze dryer is clean, dry, and securely packed in its original heavy-duty crate and packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping labels and RMA number clearly on the exterior of the package and schedule a carrier pickup or drop-off.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
